By downloading or using Sexy Dice (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

Some features of Sexy Dice are available through an auto-renewing subscription. If you choose to subscribe:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
We do not process payments or handle personal billing data directly. All transactions are handled securely by Apple Inc.
You may restore previous purchases using the “Restore Purchases” button in the app, available on the subscription screen. This ensures access to previously paid content when changing devices or reinstalling the app.
All content, assets, and trademarks within the app are the property of the developer or licensed third parties. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Use the app to harass or harm others
Modify or misuse the content for offensive or illegal activities
Attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the app or its services
